With a background in anthropology and archaeology, he discovered his true passion in the world of marketing—drawn to the strategy, problem-solving, and ever-evolving nature of the field. Now, as the Director of Revenue Operations at RoundTable Technology, he leads the marketing, sales, and customer success teams, driving growth and delivering exceptional experiences for clients. With over a decade of expertise, a data-driven mindset, and an unapologetically "geeky" enthusiasm for workflows and automation, he thrives on optimizing processes and making an impact. Outside of work, Justin enjoys reading, bodybuilding, motorcycles, video games, and spending time with his amazing wife and two pups.
