Ramon Lorenzana

Ramon’s 15+ years in the Customer Service role has covered a wide range of industries including finance, law, and IT. He’s worked for big multinationals as well as for some smaller Australian SMEs managing more than 30 clients in his last role and has also supported in a training capacity in the past. He once volunteered at a Vietnamese refugee camp in Hong Kong and is now dedicated to finding ways to stay calm watching the 49ers come up just short each year.
